Bald Predictions is a free game. You pick American football games each week and compete against five fictional characters and other players. There is no money involved, nothing to win, and nothing to lose but pride. This is a summary, not the agreement itself - the sections below are the terms you’re agreeing to.
By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, which forms part of them and explains how we handle your information. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bald Predictions.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping access to the email address you signed up with. If you lose access to that inbox and have not set a password, we may not be able to recover your account.
Bald Predictions is entertainment. It is not betting, and it is not a prediction market:
The five characters - The Baldfather, Lady Baldwin, The Baldgorithm, Baldylocks and Baldemort - are fictional. Their picks and their commentary are part of the game. They are entertainment, not betting tips or professional advice, and nothing in the app should be used as a basis for placing real bets.

We may suspend or remove an account that does any of these.
Game schedules, scores and results come from a third-party sports data feed. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but we do not control that feed and cannot guarantee it is always correct or timely.
If a result arrives wrong or late, we may correct scores, standings and leaderboards after the fact. If a game is postponed, moved or not played, we may adjust how that game counts towards scores and standings. Corrections are part of running the game fairly and are not a fault in the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion is permanent: your profile, your picks and your sign-in details are removed and cannot be restored.
We may suspend or end access to the app if these terms are broken, or if we stop operating the service. Where we can we will tell you at the email address on your account, and except in serious cases we will say what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right. If you think we have got it wrong, email us and we will look again. If we shut the service down we will give reasonable notice where we can.
The app’s name, artwork, characters, copy and design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Bald Predictions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any professional football team. All team names, abbreviations and marks are the property of their respective owners. Team names and abbreviations are used solely to identify the matchups being predicted.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors - a season is long and things break. Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
